Rach Brosman is an event producer, community builder, and founder of Support Women DJs, a global platform dedicated to uplifting femme electronic artists. Since launching the community in 2024, she has produced hundreds of events ranging from intimate workshops and networking mixers to large-scale parties at some of New York City's most respected venues, including Nowadays, Elsewhere, SILO, and more. Rach has built a thriving event brand powered by community-driven programming, strategic partnerships, and grassroots marketing.

In addition to producing events, Rach manages artist Slaycey, owns Delirium DJ Studio in Brooklyn, and is known for her bold & informative Instagram content. As a speaker, she has presented at conferences including Amsterdam Dance Event and Miami Music Week.
